Help Thoughts on Nexus 4? (Another question inside)

Hello!
I'm currently on a Droid DNA (No intention of getting rid of it) but I'm thinking about getting a Nexus 4 (unlocked) for screwing around with..
I probably won't if this isn't possible, but if it is, then I will! I bought my DNA from Verizon, and I'm using the SIM that came with it. Would it be possible to put the SIM in the Nexus 4 and have it work correctly?
Also: What do you guys think of the Nexus 4? How's the battery life and performance of it.. Do you notice the pixels (I love the 1080p on my DNA)?
Does it feel good in the hand(Giggity)?
The only reason I'm considering it is because the Nexus 4 unlocked isn't that expensive :D
Thanks everybody!
(Note.. If this is in the wrong section, please move it.. It's been a long day..)

I believe Verizon is GSM so your SIM should work fine in the Nexus 4.

I've had the N4 since mid-December and I'm loving it. I thought it might be a bit big, but I got used to the size in no time. It's super quick, generally works extremely well (there are a few niggles, but I can't think what they are at the minute) and the screen is luscious. I find battery life to be perfectly fine, though YMMV.

Of course, my fav feature is the price. Knock out!

Verizon is most definitely *not* GSM.

Get the nexus ⁴ + T-Mobile $30 plan

Also there is no way for me to see the pixels. I don't understand the rational for 1080p on a display less than 42".

Well, I checked it out vs my S3 (before I sold it... the S3) and I could tell a huge difference..
On my DNA, I can read most web pages without zooming in at all.. On the S3, the text was extremely blocky and hard to read.
You wouldn't notice a difference unless you actually use the device ;)

I wouldn't get the Nexus 4 if I were you. You don't sound like the kind of person a Nexus 4 would suit.

Why? I love Android. My Nexus 7 was an absolute dream, as was my LG Esteem and my Galaxy S3.. My DNA is also awesome.
I love rooting and screwing around with roms, as well as building them in Linux..
Seeing as the DNA doesn't have CM10 completely functional yet, the Nexus 4 seems like a good choice :D
Although, since Verizon is a CDMA network, and the N4 is GSM, I probably won't get it..
I don't want seperate plans, I just wanted to swap to the N4 if my DNA ran out of battery or something..
