Help Contacts still shown as unknown?

I just got my new Samsung Galaxy Rugby (not the pro, just the regular rugby) and everybody that calls me is shown up as unknown even if they're in my contacts! What is going wrong and how can I fix it?

Go to Your log call, menu button then call parameter/settings. Go to more settings and make sure the caller id is at network of with number.
