Help Unlocking the Aviator

Hello, i was wondering if the Aviator can be unlocked to run on another carrier? I can get one pretty cheap, but it has no sim card in it Since there is no US Cellular coverage in my area how hard would it be to unlock this thing and use a T-Mobile or AT and T sim card and have a good phone. I know ATT and T-mobile are gsm phones, and US Cellular is cdma but 4g phones have a sim. Anyone have an idea.
As always thanks in advance for all replys

I guess i need to ask this in a different way. What i am curious of is does anyone know what my options would be for this phone since it does not have a sim card? From what i hear i can t get one from US Cellular, plus they dont service my home area. But the phone is nice and i would not mind getting it if i can get it to work. I just don t know if the 4g lte from att or t-mobile would be compatable with the US Cellular 4g.
Thanks to all who reply

The Phone can be rooted as i have a rooted one but, if your asking you can change the provider from US Cellular to another... Well you can't.

I remember a law passing last year that makes it illegal to do so. You can look up the law on the FCC web page.

I don't agree with the law but, no provider will allow the switch.

Good luck!

The law makes it illegal to flash a device to another carrier without the carriers permission.

It only applies to phones purchased after a certain date and if you get the carriers permission its fine.

Its also in the process of being overturned
