Long term customer option

Well, thinking about the market positions of T-Mobile and Verizon Wireless, you can understand why T-Mobile (and Sprint) will be slightly more aggressive when it comes to keeping customers.

I'm not saying that Verizon Wireless wants to give existing and long-term customers the finger, but they seem to have far better success holding onto existing customers and gaining new ones than T-Mobile does.

Carriers are like crack dealers. You always get a lot up front, the deal, and then they have you hooked. Once you are hooked what more do they need to do other than keep giving you your fix?

That's true. After I tried to pull their punk card by threatening to cancel they said, "Okay" LOL!!! I was like DARNED!!! They got me.
