S4 for sprint? Or wait for Note 3

The Note 3 most likely will not be released until later in the year.I would guess sometime after September. If you have a good phone, I would wait. But you know right after the Note 3 comes out they will start talking about the GS5. lol. Just pick what is good for you or save up your money and get them all.

The Note 3 won't be announced until Samsung yearly event in Berlin during the week of Sept 11th 2013. Then a month or two delay before it hits the States, so you're looking at the earliest an October release date but more realistically it'll probably drop sometime in November closer to Black Friday

it really depends on your needs and usage.

you gain the larger screen and Spen with the Note line...which is why I will wait.

Rumors are the S4 pre orders will start next week on some carriers and release by end of month.

I have no info on a Sprint release nor could I post it if I had it.

My opinion of the S4 is that it is a great device for those in need of an upgrade...but it is a "Skyrocket" release to me...an in between like the Skyrocket was to tide people over between the S2 and S3.

With rumors of an upgraded Iphone 5 and or a possible an Iphone6 releasing by end of year, it makes sense for Samsung to get something out there for those eligible to purchase prior to those rumored releases. just my .02

There are lots of rumors floating around with the galaxy mega series. Sounds like the mega is a mid tier version of the note and should be available in a few months. I am thinking the note 3 will release later on in the fall.

I would get a gs4 now rather then waiting 6 months for a note although maybe the mega will be good if its priced right. again its a constant waiting game with nothing but rumors to go on right now. As far as 5.0 is concerned the gs4 will get it no need to worry about that.

For me its mainly about removable sims... if the gs4 has one I'm in otherwise I'm waiting for the next round.

If Verizon isn't launching the S4 until the end of May, and absolutely no rumors have even leaked about a possible Sprint S4 launch date, that doesn't sound promising for a Sprint S4 launch date anytime before June at the earliest.

Every other carrier has an anticipated S4 launch date, Sprint is the only one with not even a rumored date yet.

I'm definitely waiting for the Note 3. It will have everything the S4 has plus more features and that awesome huge screen. The Note 3 will probably come out with the next version of Android out the box. Plus there's rumors it may be made of aluminum instead of plastic. That part don't matter to me. My guess is a Aug/Sept announcement with a Sept/Oct launch date. I'm saving my money right now.

I am not knocking the Note devices but they are just to big for me and even the S3/S4 are approaching the limit for a "phone" for my uses. The Note I consider more of a hybrid tablet and can't really see me carrying it to and around work. We txt a lot so I need to carry my phone at work.

Also if you didn't already preorder on Sprint, they are sold out.

Pre-order sold out! Our Samsung Galaxy S
