Aloysius 2.1 rom

Anyone tried it out yet? I loved his 1.5 rom...just seeing what other people thought.

I'm flashing it right now...let's see if this one is better than his 1st 1.5 ROM attempt that had my phone go all haywire-nuts lol...hopefully it doesn't happen this time ...

I'm not a big fan. He took away the Sense keyboard, and the HTC lockscreen, and since I use the stock alarm thats a killer for me.

I am pretty sure you can flash the regular stock keyboard over it...don't know about the lockscreen though.

yeah, you can flash the keyboard. I'm using it now and it's pretty good in my opinion.

I was going to flash it, but I was reading on XDA that Wifi doesn't work at all...have you tried it? Have you noticed any other bugs?

can't sign into your google account or facebook..I don't know why he skipped it lol..

umm what else...the ROM re-starts itself every time you leave the settings...

so yeah.....

Wifi Works.... Bugs and what does not work is on the front page...not alot of things. Just a few

The ROM does not restart itself everytime you leave settings....lol, it just plum doesn't like you No worries, I'm sure the feeling is mutual.....right!?!

It says "unable to start wifi" whenever I try. I have loaded 2.0.3. LOVE it, other than the wifi not working. Any ideas?

The wifi fix is one of the first things I mention at the top of the first page.

Maybe someone here can help me I'm on Aloyious rom atm and it works all right. My problem is with all the 2.1 roms, I just keep losing calls and I dont know why. I've tried all the fixes and downloaded all the latest versions of Fresh, Damage, and this one. Can anyone help me shed some light on this? I really want 2.1 on my phone!!!

You kinda should care b/c he's mentioning that he's experiencing errors in a ROM you created. Wouldn't you want to perfect the errors so others can enjoy the experience as well?

Is there a fix for the pics not showing up in the Gallery? They come u just fine in photos. Also, anything I can do to reduce the keyboard lag? I love the ROM, but just typing this post is driving me nuts.

It is just him, that I don't care if he does not like my ROM (I expected it, and am happy he is not sporting it)

My thread will show you how much I care about the ROM and those who use it. EVERY ROM and every thread has people freaking out over things not working......get over it and/or move on.

Mine has extremely few things that don't work, and he comes on and say just about nothing works. That is not what 98% of the people are experiencing....and those that are, have not done something properly....or ask what could be the possible solution.

Which is not to be expected from a negitive person such as him. He comes on and annouces that nothing works...lol. Good man.

Check my thread out....I like good people and good people like me I don't like negitive people and negitive people don't like me.

The Gallery3D will not work due to the full opengl....which is used to make the LWP work more cleanly, and it does

The update which will be out today "hopefully" will have the NEW MOD'ED HTC Keyboard on it, which has zero lag.....if you take the haptic feedback off from it.
