Been getting a MAJOR run around from Sprint the last 3 days or so. Last month I was trying to get my reception issues solved by Customer Support. After several phone calls they ended up sending me another Moment to swap for to see if that would get me better reception. Well, what it got me was an extra 500 bucks added to my bill cause they "said" they didnt recieve the other phone back IN TIME, when I sent it out 2 days after I got it. Now THEY HAVE THE PHONE, but yet they are STILL charging me for it. I found out that when they mean 15 days to return??!! They start counting days from the day THEY ship it, and they count WEEKEND days too! Anyway, I REFUSE to pay this charge. In fact, i plan on telling them that if they are CHARGING me for the 2nd phone then I want it BACK. So I may have 2 of em for sell!
