Hello from a soon-to-be HTC desire owner!

Thought I'd take a moment to say hello and introduce myself!

I'm currently impatiently awaiting the arrival of my first Android phone, an HTC desire!

I'd pretty much given upon complex phones fter my experiences with a nokia - tons of features but almost unusable. After that I went back to a Razr V3, which at least was easy to use as a phone!

I have been watching the development of the smart phones though - I got my wife an iPhone, which she loves, but I'm not prepared to put up with Apple's control freak attitude, and lack of expandable storage etc. I think the killer feature for me was GPS - I travel a lot, and the idea of having a live active map when exploring a new country was VERY appealing, plus I take a lot of photos, and want to get into serious geotagging.
