After notifying AccessorySquadUSA through Amazon last night I received a nice email from Danny at that company saying he was sorry to hear about the problem with the product and he sent me a tracking number for the replacement case they're sending. No mention of returning the defective unit. Kudos to AccessorySquadUSA for their prompt customer service.
He's a review of a very similar (If not the same) product from a different vendor.

And finally the bottom.
As you can see from the images this case offers very good coverage of the phone. The solid plastic inner material (2 pieces, you get both top and bottom protection) covered by the soft pull over silicon layer on top looks and feels like it will give superior drop protection. The buttons, headphone jack and usb jack covers line up perfectly. So you have to ask yourself why is he not happy with this case?
Actually I only have one issue with the case. If I use a third party USB cable or charger say from a different phone the cable puts up a fight going into the slot. On the plus side the t-mobile/Samsung cable that came with the phone fits perfectly.
I bought the Seido because I also wanted a holster to clip to my belt. I rarely have used the kickstand and I don't know how yours is but it seems like mine would be easy to snap off. I like the extra cross bar on yours.
Hate to comment on an old forum but I ordered the black one for my phone and I ended up getting one for the Sprint variant. Very disappointed especially waiting one week.
