It's running elemental x. But since it had twrp installed, changing roms would be easy if you didn't want that one.

Nope, device is in great shape. The 4200 battery does add noticeable thickness, but you also get the stock battery as well so you get to choose which one you like more. The 300 does include ground shipping via ups as well.
