Help Camera Features Missing

This is the 3rd s4 I have gotten since the came out to us in the US and the 1st one had the red line and the 2nd one had no camera features and this one had the new features and now I dont have them ima bout to become and unhappy att costumer with phones and att because I use the camera more than anything and I dont havr the features anyone haveing this problem or know what to do???

Don't know what the "red line" is. I did a Google search and came up with a bunch of case.

Haven't heard anything about camera issues, either. You said it had them (features), then it didn't? Sure you didn't put it in some easy mode, or something similar?

The red line is a glitch in the fones. But I dnt have that problem anymore. I got a second warranty fone and it had no camera features at all so they sent me another warranty fone so this is my 3rd s4 and I had my camera features then I didnt they are not there and its not in no easy mode im checked everything. Someone must know how to fix this camera problem im not a happy camper with the eay this s4 has turned out because I mainly upgraded because I use the camera alot and there were other reason I upgraded but im not to happy with Samsung or att right now I pay alot of money for the fone n every month it should have everything

what exactly do you mean by "no features?" Does it not have "Mode" at the bottom of the screen, or are you talking the quick action icons on the right side of the screen? Might help if you took a screen capture with your phone in camera mode (home button + power)

Im talking about like drama shot and them type of features I dnt have none of them I have the mood botton but when I click it I dnt have all the features I only have auto and like few others.

Can you post some pictures of what you're seeing?

If you can't wait for an update to the phone I would say do a factory reset and see if the features come back. Probably your best solution so you don't have to keep sending back your phone.

I believe that lilmorganpb is referring to the MODE button in camera, not video, which should display...



As jzebrahockey states, a Factory reset should hopefully solve your problem.

I was talking about the camera mode for some reason they jus showed back up but I have done master and factory reset and they did not show up...idk if its cuz I called ppl and they decided to show back up but they are now on my fone..
