As per Speedtest.net I am averaging around 7Mbps down and 1Mbps up. I can't say it is my location as I have taken tests in different parts of town.

Further, I have an HTC One that is averaging around 20Mbps down and 15Mbps up.

I have flashed CM10.1 nightly, but have gone back to stock via ODIN.

Any thoughts?

Instead of using ODIN to keep going from stock to a custom ROM on my S3, just download Goomanager, open goomanager click the menu button on the S4, the click on install recovery script, it will install TWRP, once TWRP is installed open goo manager and click on Reboot Recovery, once in TWRP recovery, you will get these options "Install, Wipe, Backup, Restore, Mount, Settings, Advanced, Reboot" , click on Backup, once in backup you will see boot, system, data boxes are checked, now bellow you will see Set backup name Refresh size and Storage: click on storage and chose external micro sd card "that is where you will backup your ROM "be it stock or from a developer".
Once you name your ROM, I name my stock rom "Stock ROM VRBMF1" it is the Verizon OTA stock ROM on the S3, then just select GO, it will bring you to the previous page, slide the slider across and the recovery image will start, do the same with the CM ROM, now you can just go back and forth between stock and custom ROM, you can load as many ROMS as you please, just back them up the same way, and you can just keep going from one ROM to the next with ease.
Also install Root Checker and EZ-Unlock from the market.

The radios in the Samsung phones still suck.
