So I searched the internet and found LGNPST 2.2.3 on 4shared. Well, I hate 4shared. So I downloaded it, verified it was real and it works! :D

In this zip are newer components and genericmodels, in fact here's a list of files the zip contains:
    LGNPST_2.2.3_ACG-patched.exe
    LGNPST_ACG_v2.2.3_Lab_Version.msi
    LGNPST_Components_Ver_5_0_20_0.msi
    LGNPST_GenericModels_Ver_5_0_12_0.msi
    Readme.txt

    I made the readme file.

I did not make the patch, nor do I know who did. All I know is that Google knows all and helped me find what I was looking for.

If you have an LG msm8960 processor phone, I actually found an LG Mach (LGMS860) LGNPST dll called LGNPST_LS860.dll

If someone can modify that dll for other phones, that would be awesome! :D

    Downloads:
    LGNPST 2.2.3
    LGNPST_LS860.dll

Confirmed that it doesn't work. I run is as admin and it still doesn't work. Also getting Unknown process type

    Works for me.

You may have installed it wrong the first time. If UAC kept bothering you during installation, it messed up.

Uninstall everything that has to do with LGNPST.

Enable the admin account (even if your personal account has admin rights, you must do this!)

    Click start,
    Type cmd
Right click and run as admin
    Type
    Code:
    net user Administrator /active:yes
    Press enter
    exit
    Logout
    Login to Administrator
    Start reinstalling it all
    Reboot
    Login to Administrator
    Now try.

The staff here has looked into the matter as to whether LGNPST (as linked in this thread) is indeed warez or just an alternately distributed package. This caused a lot of research and discussion resulting in the decision that LGNPST is no different than other similar software (Odin for Samsung devices, for example), not considered to be illegal and therefore this thread is fine as is.

Sorry for the inconvenience of making it disappear temporarily.

There may be disagreement with this decision and that's OK. We ask that you not debate it in this thread but instead bring it to any Mod via PM or Private Moderator Chat and we will be happy to discuss it.

Until then, have fun with your LG devices!

Ok if someone can help me in my dilemma that would be awesome. With this version and the lab version 1.2 when I hook up both my optimus V and my LG Marquee I can select either VM670.dll or VS660.dll for the appropriate phones and everything goes great. I click phone settings and enter my MSL. LGNPST loads a new window with all the boxes it is supposed to have. I navigate from menu to menu but it seems like the NV window is a bit off and I can never get to or access the read button. It looks like it is there hidden under the NV window but I just can't get to it. I have tried everything, uninstall, reinstall, even went into regedit and deleted every trace of LGNPST before a reinstall and nothing every works. I can access both phones in DFS, CDMA Workshop, and the CDMAdev open source program but I cannot read my AAA Password on either phone in DFS. I located the 1192 items on both phones in CDMA Workshop but access is denied on both of them and I'm think it's not showing up in DFS and CDMA because I haven't been able to click Read in LGNPST. These AAA passwords are driving me crazy. If someone can help by PM or here or please tell me where to post this it would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I tried using the LS670.dll for the Optimus V and it does the same thing. It reads all the information on the right hand side including my phone number and allows me to go into phone settings. When Phone settings pops up the phone is flashing editing and the NV boxes pop up. I can navigate from box to box but never access the read button under it. I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit with Administrator check boxes on Reggie and LGNPST. I installed all setup programs that were included and in the correct order. Before trying the other version I uninstalled everything and tried those in the correct order as well. I basically have everything else figured out besides the AAA which isn't shown in any programs for me including DFS, and QXDM. I'm guessing it's because of my inability to click the read button in LGNPST.
