Help Saving photos from internet = crash

Every time I attempt to save a photo from the internet, the browser freezes then crashes.

I made a video clip on youtube of the problem but cannot post the link due to post count. Search youtube for "s4 crash photo" and change the filter to "upload date - this week", and you'll see it.

It doesn't matter what photo or what browser. They all freeze in the same manner as shown in the video.

What could be the problem? Anyone else experiencing this?

Which model S4 do you have? I'm not sure what may cause that. You could try clearing the cache and data in gallery and see if that helps. You could also try going to the recovery and wipe the cache partition and see if that helps. If not, you could try a factory reset.

Nothing worked. I cleared all the caches, restarted... Still can't save anything from the Internet without crashing.

I also noticed that I cannot even open pdf files from the Internet either.

You might want to try factory reset. IF that doesn't help, I'd say take the phone back for a replacement, cause something is wrong if it doesn't stop doing that, especially after a factory reset.
