Help S4 Storage

Just got an available storage warning with only 414MB available on my 16 gig device. So I have taken steps to move the applications that can move to SD card but don't see any difference. In the "Miscellaneous files" area in system memory there are a number of folders called Fill0 through Fill8 that take up 1+ gig of memory each. Are these system folders? It officially sucks if that's the case and there is no way to clear any of that. I am running a Verizon S4 SCH-i545 with Android 4.2.2 build JDQ39.I545VRUAME7

Thanks....I think they are on to something. I did a partial wipe on the device through our internal systems and it must have been a miscommunication or issue with that process. A remote wipe took care of it and I'm back within normal range now. Thanks for the links!
