Jelly Bean on Boost Force

Doomed for 4.1
It seems that Sprint has removed the update post from the web site. When u check for updates it no longer lists this newer version. Sprint does not even sell the Force from the store or the web site either. I went into sprint today and no mo Force! This pic you have in this post is the only evidence. :(

That's probably why they took it down in order to make people stop asking them about the update. If no one sees it, no one believes it. Luckily though I got that screenshot!

they did the same thing with the sequent, they swore it was a "mistake" and gave people the run around. sometimes either boost or zte would flat out say it was gonna happen, sometimes they would flat out try to say no it wont happen, sometimes they would hint one way or the other. boost will tell you nothing, ask zte if you want to bother someone but their info isnt always very reliable. their inter-office communication is horrible. and for those looking for all these great things out of a jellybean update... i hate to be the bearer of bad news but its still coded by zte. be prepared to get a locked down, buggy, stripped version of 4.1.2. its better, but still not what you would get on a more expensive phone. if we get all the bugs out of cm10 use that, not only is it jb its faster, more customizable, and well just all around better

I'm with u on that. I only want to see if there is any new features in the b11 update that would or could be useful. I already know that 4.1 will not run the only keyboard that I like which is the HTC ime mod keybrd and for that reason alone I do not want it. I had a lot of fun playing with my Optimus while back and the dev was great on it.
btw I like the work you have done on the warp. Thanks for contributing to the Force's dev. :)

that someone is me. ya know. i called boost. guy said that its sitll running 4.1, it just says 4.0

for reference, both boost and zte are known for lieing like that. not necessarily because they just want you to shut up though in this case that is the only explaination, mostly just because they have no idea what theyre talking about. the people on the phones dont know what theyre doing so there is usually little point in trying to talk to them unless you know exactly what youre asking and exactly what answer youre looking for, you gotta get to the right person to get the right info and that is ridiculously difficult, achmed(aka dave) does not have the answers you seek lol you have to go over his head. i can tell you this though its the exact same routine they pulled on the sequent and we DID get the jellybean B11 update it just took a little while, they did the false promises on boosts site, hinting at it, even occasionally gave us good info if we bugged the right people at zte enough but boost knows nothing and even if they did they wouldnt tell us
