Verizon pre-order questions

Yeah let us know about the 64gig. I'm paying retail and would much rather prefer to purchase that version if i'm plunking down that amount of cash. Thanks!

Was told the 64gig does not show in the system at all. Also, no accessories like cases and such will be available for preorder. You will have to order stuff like that when it all launches or go down to the store on launch day.

I preordered the 32gig hoping the 64 might show up later and I can change my order

On hold w/ CSR now. System says data plan is no longer available when I select month to month / full retail. CSR is trying to figure it out. Verizon is trying anything & everything to get unlimited folks off of unlimited. Not gonna happen.

I had the same problem, but I kept deleting it out of my cart, logging out, then logging in, and FINALLY got it to do month to month....keep trying!

Also don't forget if you have a line eligable for an upgrade on your plan that isn't unlimited, you can upgrade that phone and just move it to the unlimited line and still take advantage of the $299-2yr price.

I have a family plan with two #'s on the unlimited plan and three #'s on regular plans so I do this all the time to get upgrade pricing. I don't have any plans to leave Verizon so the two year contracts don't bother me too much.

Every time I select the $699.99 month-to-month option and add it to my cart, it ends up showing up as $299.99 and asking me to select a plan. Has anyone else run into this? I've logged out and retried multiple times with no luck.

Had this happen to me too, go to your cart and delete the line (phone) out of your cart, then you'll be good to go

Thanks. No matter what, the 1st device I added to my cart (even after removing it as you suggested), always showed up as $299.99 w/2yr. What I ended up doing is adding a 2nd device, and this one allowed me to get the $699.99 full retail option in my cart. I then went and deleted the 1st device. So, now I have only 1 device in my cart with the full retail pricing. However, it's still asking me to choose a plan with this.

Call Verizon ( *611 ). That is what I had to do to get it to work.
