I'm trying to sell my Eris in order to get either the incredible or a moto droid. Comes with the Eris with the leaked V2 of 2.1 installed, screen protector, a clear hard case, charger, box and an otterbox commuter case. The phones in great shape and works 100%

Either or. I get paid Thursday (when I'll be absolutely ready to purchase) and it usually takes a while for Paypal to transfer from the bank to the Paypal account, so I dunno. If you're able to wait a while till my money transfers, then ship. If not, I could meet up with you on Friday.

I can do which ever is easier, either works for me. One thing i didn't mention was that the charging cable (usb cable) has some wires exposed so i had to tape it up, but it's a standard mini usb charger and they're easy to get. (still works just fine)

Okay. If you can wait a few days after Thursday, that'd be swell and consider it sold.

And I don't mind that issue. It's an easy fix.
