Root [AT&T] Custom Rom

I have been looking and trying to figure out how to install a custom ROM on my s4 but everything is vague and has no real instructions over wtf to do. Can anyone point me to where the hell to go for actual instructions.

Best bet is to ask in the relevant root sub forum for your carrier.

For anyone else I have read and found out my device is a MF3 device.
I already have it rooted and am trying to install either cyanogenmod or GoldenEye.
Any help appreciated

If ur device has the crappy mf3 update u wont b able to run cm on it yet but goldeneye is possible if ur put safestrap on ur device(thx to hashcode). I posted a link in a thread a few down from this one.

I've looked in the all things root for at&t with no luck on flashing a custom rom. I've got the sgh-I337 on NB1 running 4.4.2. I'm about to pull my hair out.

I'm in the same boat, I'm trying to load a custom rom on my i337/at&t but I get a at&t unauthorized software block on mine. I tried Rashr app from Google Play.
