Yesterday my Maxx died on me, dead as a proverbial doornail.
I had about 40% of battery left in the morning and had not used the thing all day because of working around the house. (40% lasts me 2 days easy) I went to take a picture with it about 1 PM and it was non-responsive. Put it on the charger and the screen would alternate between the Motorola logo and a dead battery icon. This did not change for 3 hours.
I called Verizon and they had me run through a few different button pushes to get into the phone but, no dice. They are sending me another Maxx tomorrow.
I have a feeling if this was my old Bionic I would have swapped batteries and gone on my way.....
