Root [Verizon] Unrooted with a custom ROM and want to root again

I rooted my Galaxy S4 and flashed the Bonestock ROM and foolishly decided to unroot. Please help me out. I would REALLY LOVE to root my phone again, but I can't seem to. I'm on a Mac running the latest OS (Mavericks)
