My name is Kyle, live in the Capital District of New York, soon to be 21 years old. I love technology, it's amazing how far phones have come. My major is Computer Information Systems .. I've done a little bit of everything though. My main hobby though is cars. I have a 2004 Pontiac GTO. I decided yesterday it was finally time to put to rest my Blackberry. It was loaded with apps, and has done its job but was really getting a bit old.

Soo... I traded in my Blackberry 8330 yesterday and got myself an HTC Hero (Sprint). Originally I was going to wait until the HTC EVO was released, or the Hero2 if Sprint does release it but I figured the money that the EVO will cost, I will never use the phone for all of what it does and the Hero is good enough.

I am very satisfied with my decision and am looking forward to Sprint's release of Android 2.1. The guy at the Sprint store who helped me uses the Hero as his own personal phone so I was there for over an hour talking to him about it and its features. He told me he took a training course on Android 2.1 and was jaw dropped by the difference. He said he thinks it is coming out in late May (According to what they told him).

So, I am looking forward to learning much more about the phone and looking to get some good free/cheap Apps & Games on it. (Already have downloaded a few)

Take Care!
