That's because, if you rooted+recovery on Android 4.3, it looks as though you may have blown your warranty. See...

My bad. I thought that as you are in the, "(Verizon) Galaxy S4 - All Things Root", section of the forum, you might be rooted. In that case you are receiving the standard notification.

Something similar happened when Knox came out for the International version 5 or 6 weeks ago...

Back then it was WhatsApp causing quite a few of those notices. However, Whatsapp has since updated their app and it may be another user app causing the problem.

I'm getting the same issue and am on stock 4.3, no root and no safe strap. It didn't start immediately so perhaps one of my apps is triggering it. I have no clue how to track that down though.
