Top left is battery widget reborn
Top right is beautiful widgets 1x1 weather
Clock and calendar are minimalistic text
Icons are metro station
The wallpaper is starfield 2.0 live wallpaper

I cannot wait for a good KitKat rom so I can do something with the notification bar. But so far: Nova launcher, the center icon is Google Search and the others are folders ...... left to right: phone apps, common apps, games and internet apps. (The wallpaper is a jellyfish pic I took at the Camden Aquarium -- I like using my own pics for wallpaper.)

Really silly question - how you post up your screens and can you do it via the app? I have taken my screenshot and would like to share

Get the image onto your laptop/pc, go to tinypic.com. After it's uploaded, copy and paste the IMG code onto here where you'd type a post and voila!

Well that's how I do it, dunno if there's a simpler way.
