I'm on day 35 with my pre-ordered non-rooted, Galaxy Note 3. I spent the first week with it box stock to be sure everything was trouble free (it was). But now after spending the time optimizing it just the way I like, I've lost all desire to upgrade the fastest most enjoyable phone I've owned, to the latest OS. I have zero reasons to change a phone that works in such a spectacular fashion.
It's speed, vast capabilities, exceptional smoothness and long battery life are but a few aspects of this Android phone that are so impressive.
Recently I've been using its "Multi-Window" mode that features the ability to run two different apps in two windows at one once. Samsung's TouchWiz is what makes this possible and it's really impressive. Even better is the ability to adjust the windows to the sizes you want. I run Chrome on the top two thirds of the screen and S Note in the bottom third. A researchers dream, I can take notes with the S-Pen, while surfing my sites in Chrome.
Suddenly the "Features" many of the reviewers blew off as "gimmicks" turn out to be carefully designed, easy to use, essential time saving & workflow enhancing tools. I encourage you to explore the help files & .pdf user guide.
I've bought loads of different top of the line smartphones, all in an effort to find the right one for me. I'm very happy to report this _Galaxy Note 3_ is the one.
This is _The Single Most Exciting and Efficient Smartphone_ I've experienced in several years. The more you use it and improve your skillset, the faster you'll realize why I rave about the Note 3
