Everything works great but every time I reboot I lose my wifi passwords. I came from tm roms did a factory reset and wiped everything. Any ideas besides for odin to stock and reflash rom.

Interesting... Go to settings/more/about phone. The baseband should be MF2, if it's not, id say thats the cause of your issue and youll need to Odin back to stock. Sorry

This rom really cant be used as is to return to metro pcs firmware and baseband from tmobile because its missing the metropcs modem. I'm working on including the modem with the next version of the rom. Untill then it seems you have no choice but to odin back to stock to use MS4.

I was just wondering, Idk if you wanted to add the mobile data toggle, idk how easy it is to addon to the next update but its really easy to do it after the rom is installed. I'm running 1.1 now.. the problem I'm having is my sms. I can only send and receive if I make a phone call. Then it will work for a few seconds. I've fresh installed 4 times last night. Called it quits and went to bed . Any idea why it's doing this

I have no idea why thats happening to you, djlucklu. I'm assuming it didn't happen to you with version 1.0, is that right?

I didnt mess with the MMS apk at all but perhaps one of the CSC tweaks dont play nice with MMS. After all, they are from the Note 3 and are 4.3 while the rom is 4.2.

Anyone else having this issue?

Try flashing the stock, white, MMS apk I posted two posts back. See if it still happens with that.

Now I'm stock deodexed but I don't remember having trouble with SMS with 1.1. What I had was a problem with the rotate button on Gallery. It wasnt working (greyed) and pictures didnt rotate, I went to feature.xml and deleted the string, the button desapeared and pictures now turn with phone movement.

Yea, that's a side effect of the modifications to the stock launcher. Here is the original unmodified SecLauncher3 for you to flash if you want to fix the issue, I'm afraid that you'll loose the larger home-screen and app-drawer though.

I've seen a few different modified SecLauncher3.apk around xda but haven't tried them. Perhaps one of them doesn't have the issue. You can try them out if you like.
If you find one that doesnt...let me know!!

so honestly i love the fact that my phone is metro and i really like your rom but could you maybe upload the original bootanimation and shutdown? im really just looking for the shutdown animation but in case anyon else might like it i thought it would be neat to be able to flash or just manually input

Really??? You want the stock boot animation with the MetroPCS logo?
Im pretty sure that the boot animations that I included in the rom are the same, but without the bright white Metro branding logo that blinds me at nite lol.

If you like, you can get the stock boot animations you're looking for out of the Deodexed Stock Rom zip file, they're in the system/media folder.

I haven't run into that issue robcop. Does it happen during specific notifications or is it ramdom?

It may be that its just how that works. After all, its a CSC tweak and not a modification to the camera. You can turn many of the CSC features on or off by simply downloading Note 2 Hidden Settings app. Its fee and will let you play with the tweaks.

I've had no issue at all sending or receiving mms. I cant be sure why you are man. With all of these issues youre having, you may want to try and install it again fresh with a factory reset.

I have always had an issue with my camera sound being on even when it is off. Right after you set it from on to off it will work for the first photo, after that the sound will be back on. This was with the phone stock too.

That was getting me crazy dude!!! On 4.2 Stock (Odexed and Deodexed) and Metropolitan have the same shutter sound "always on" but thanks God after installing a 4.3 ROM seems to be fixed.

yea its hard to take a photo of that girl's hot a** without getting busted.what i have done in the past was take photos while taking a video so it wouldn't make a sound, then delete the video.
