Root [Sprint] N900P development... Y U NO HAPPEN?

Why no ROMs for the N900P? Do Sprint phones no longer attract Devs?

There's a few roms for our phone but you just have to go to XDA to see them. People just aren't cross posting like they used to.

And I agree there isn't much noise coming from the development community for this one. Hopefully that changes in time.

Honestly the phone is so good you almost don't need to flash anything on it. I rooted so my root apps would work but I don't see a need to do much else. I did change the kernal just to do it, but I don't see a need to overclock the phone either. Samsung hit it out of the park with this one...

I frequent XDA a little more often than I do AF, but I'm still not seeing and n900p specific love... Lots of action on the n9005, though.

I agree with you that it doesn't need much now, but I'm concerned about what kind of Dev action we will see as it ages.

It's showing up fine here, no worries. As a former GS2 owner I can well appreciate the work you've put in to this baby.... very nice!

Yeah, it does.

There are some roms showing up over at XDA, and I have liked the ones I have tried. I think having to blow Knox is holding people back from rooting.

I finally couldn't help myself.

yea i hear ya. i know me personally, i wouldnt care so much about knox. i dont plan on returning it or anything ;P
