Yahoo Sent mail not syncing

So I have adjusted the Outgoing server settings from the standard Incredible settings for Yahoo IMAP to ones that are posted for the Motorola Droid, which is the same as (i believe) K-9 and my sent messages do not make it to Yahoo mail.

Went from ANDROID.SMTP.MAIL.YAHOO.COM secured SSL 465 to:
MOBILE.SMTP.MAIL.YAHOO.COM unsecured port 587.

Neither SMTP server setting within HTC mail syncs my sent mail. I am only looking for 1-way (device to server) sync. I don't expect 2-way sync.

Both K-9 Mail and ROID mail are able to sync sent messages.

Any ideas if this is a bug? feature? setting? etc...?

Yahoo email does not work when you are on a Wifi connection, for whatever reason.. I am looking into this tomorrow at work- you can PM me for any information I find out, if you like..
