Transfer Data and settings from S3 to S4

Just bought the S4, whats the best way to transfer all my data, contacts stetting etc etc to my S4

Can I use Kies?

If your contacts are saved to your Google account they'll be there waiting for you when you sign in on your s4. For apps and app data I'd use helium

Unless you're rooted and then you could use a root backup and restore app. For the settings I'd personally enter those manually as there will be slight variations in the settings between the two devices so it might not be worth the hassle it could cause.

The VERY SIMPLEST thing I found and used, is My Backup Pro from Google Play

There is a "migrate" option and it VERY simply migrated all my apps and data to the new phone. I downloaded the app to the old phone using wireless (mine at home) and installed it and ran it. simple as that. I selected apps and data (NOT SYSTEM) as the 3 and 4 have different system files, etc.

In a matter of minutes, I was up and running.
Easy Peasy..... like rolling over in bed.

I tried Smart switch mobile by downloading it from play store and you can transfer everything. It worked perfectly for me. Try it.
