Persian(Farsi) or Arabic Language Support!

I have HTC Wild Fire S. This device don't support Persian(Farsi) or Arabic language. any one can help me to fix it?

Don't think you can add languages, unless there's a software update for the phone. The languages that an Android phone has are determined by the manufacturer.

I know CyanogenMod definitely supports Arabic, but it would involve rooting and flashing non-HTC software.

hey dude, but i think : I CAN... because: my friend, can!
i know it:
first:
unlock -> root -> s-off -> recovery -> install new rom(with persian support...
but how? i'm beginner...

and plus: i need to download this:

You'll have to flash it. Language support like Farsi is "baked" into a ROM when it's built. Did you buy the HTC in the Middle East or did it come from somewhere else?
