Notification flash??

I see an option for a led flash on certain events under the settings/ sound & display. What actually flashes? I have mine charging at the moment, and have it set to flash when I get a text or email. I have recieved both, but no flash??? Anyone else see this?

It's the same light that indicates charging/charged. Just to the right of the Verizon logo.

Ok...so I guess while it's charging, it won't flash....thank you for the reply.

I dont have my DI till tomorrow, but on my Eris if I get a notification while its charging I blinks between the Amber Charging light to the Green notification light (at least I think it does )
