Motorola moto g or Galaxy note 2?

Moto G - does not have LTE, 1GB RAM, no SD card slot, 5MP camera.

Note 2 - has LTE, 2GB RAM, SD card slot, 8MP camera.

Those are some of the differences in their specs, a detailed list is here. Overall the Note 2 has better specs, if you don't mind the large size I'd recommend it over the Moto G.
