I have finally given up with waiting for the Hero update and bought a HTC Desire.

Luckily a friend of mine has bought my old phone so it won't be going far
Off to pick up the Desire tomorrow at lunch which will be cool.

If only HTC stuck to their original dates, I might not have had to pay

I'm just curious but, if you were desperate for the latest OS, why not use a custom ROM? And save yourself the
