I bought an htc magic about 4 months ago & think it's great. I got really fed up with my previous Windows Smartphone that kept hanging the phone application, so it couldn't be contacted & had to be rebooted to work again. A basic flaw in a phone I think. I've been a long term linux user - hence the motivation to buy an Android phone.
However I'm looking for a better calendar/contacts app as I don't like the standard ones. I used to have a Palm with iambic office which was great, but looks like they've stalled development for Android. Will take a look around on this forum & maybe find the answer.
