Doesn't appear to have updated to extreme power saver or addressed the BT issue...off to the gym now secure in the knowledge that I'll be BT visible to every set of ear buds in proximity..lol

tone seems to have a little less bass in calls and music, so it doesn't sound muffled on bluetooth Not seeing, hearing, or noticing anything else yet.

BoomSound used to be active when listening with my jaybird freedom sprints..it's not now and I have to say quality is lowered at least with these ear buds...very scratchy sounding now.

Yep, new message "Boomsound is not available over bluetooth connections"


They should have restricted it to Boomsound is not available on calls, or just make it user selectable for bluetooth. I have LG Tone 730's.

Perhaps because you are on probation? That is the only thing I can think of.


I am going to start using Extreme Power Saving at 6 am tomorrow and see how long my pone lasts

Watching Netflix and Hulu while at the gym....audio keeps failing....it doesn't show BT disconnected or any error for that matter swap back to Pandora and it works flawlessly.

After 2 hours of streaming media there are some definite issues with sound and volume quality on my phone. Pandora is ok but the sound is not as rich or as loud as before. Streaming video on Hulu, Netflix, cbs etc is so quiet now that I have to crank up the phone and earbud volume to max to hear it...as well as sound cutting out entirely.

My battery app went stupid after enabling EPSM. Seriously, EPSM shuts off everything. I love it. I was at 40% after texting all day and some downloads at work. This going to be great.

After testing EPSM I disabled it and could no longer access the play store. It gave me an enable background data message. I checked and it was enabled. Had to reboot phone to clear the error.

I have GSAM Battery Monitor on my phone. After the first EPSM try my app still showed me how many hours my phone has been unplugged. After using EPSM again, it's like the app has forgotten how long my phone has been unplugged. My Battery Notifier Pro app experienced the same thing. I assume EPSM stops all apps from even reading your phone. I have to track the hours unplugged by hand now. Just hand me an abacus.

I'm also noticing a general slow down of phone performance post update. I wonder if their general stability improvements were done by turning down the processor....I don't normally go by benchmark apps but after running and comparing to the pre update numbers the app is reporting a significant decrease in performance.
