Help HTC Clock/Weather Widget

Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this, I looked and couldn't find anything, but my HTC Weather/Clock widget isn't doing the "flip" animation when the time changes. The numbers change and that is all. I know this is a minor issue, but it is an annoyance! If anyone knows anything of this please let me know!

Mine is saying I'm in the city I work in which is about 50 miles from here. lol

PS. All I can think about with that flip clock is the clock from Lost.

HTC has determined that the flipping of the clock drains the battery, so they disabled it on all there Android devices since the release of the Sprint Hero.
