Large cap SD cards that work well with S4?

Looking for your experiences with large capacity Micro SD cards that worked well with the S4. I saw some older threads where some people had problems getting certain brands to work. I'm looking for at least a 64gb card.

Personally, Since it's a Samsung device, I would opt for one of the Samsung brand SD cards and stay with the same manufacturer.
Typically Samsung's SD cards are a better quality and R/W speeds are great.
I have 4 Samsung SD cards from class 4 to 10 and all of them perform very well.
I would suggest looking at the Samsung Pro 64gb class 10 SD card - 64GB microSD Card MB-MGCGB Pro Series | Samsung microSD Cards
This should work great in your S4!
If you order one online... Just watch out for knock offs/fakes of them and buy from trusted site's.

My 80GB Zune died. I'll miss that thing.
There's a sentence I didn't think I would ever read. I haven't heard a mention of the Zune for several years.

My only option is to overpay for another used Zune, or buy a hi-cap SD card for my phone.
That's a pretty easy choice. I have about a third of my music on my phone's 64GB SD card (I have a lot of music) and using Player Pro, it works really well as a music player. I can't see any reason why anyone would want to carry around another device in addition to their phone. If Apple hasn't stopped making iPods already, I bet they will do very soon.

My 80GB Zune worked very well, until the other day! It's about half the size of my phone, and much easier to carry on the motorcycle, or to the gym, etc. I HATE taking my phone to the gym. Not to mention, I can't make my phone carry my entire library of music without spending well over $100 on a 128gb SD card. I'm still contemplating buying another Zune.

I have ZERO interest in having to constantly add and remove files from a smaller storage device, like most people do with the little iPods, their phones, etc. I had 78gb on my Zune!

I wrongly assumed you would take your phone everywhere like I do but of course everyone's needs are different. The only time I am ever more than about 2m from my phone is when I'm swimming and it's in the locker. Otherwise I have it with me always.

I have more music than would fit on even a 128GB card so I have to pick and choose which music I carry with me no matter what. It is a bit of a pain but it wouldn't fit on a 80GB Zune or iPod either so I don't have much choice. The only thing I'd add to this is that the prices of used Zunes on eBay were higher than I would have guessed and you could buy a 128GB SDXC card for the price of an 80GB Zune, which strikes me as better value and more future proof in that your music collection could grow more without outgrowing your device.

Zunes are VERY expensive on ebay. I bought my first one, the original 30GB new. Only sold it because it was too small. And that was just a year or two ago. Picking up another Zune tomorrow, a used 80GB. I'd buy the 120GB version if I could find one at a decent price. Ebay prices are ridiculous. I kept my 80GB Zune full, and still had more music I COULD have added, although some are redundant. I have between 700 and 800 CDs, most of them ripped to a HD.

Errrmm... So I guess there's no longer any reason to carry on with this topic then?

BTW, this is part of the reason why any smartphone I have got after my S3 has to have a minimum of 32GB built in storage, my Galaxy S3 was a 32GB variant and I added a 32GB MicroSD on top of that, was awesome to fit a large amount of media in my pocket and I've done the same with my Galaxy S4 32GB.

I'm hoping the Galaxy Note 4 has a 64GB variant or 128GB variant available down here as I need for space, with 128GB built-in plus a 128GB MicroSD, it will be a media beast :D

Can't see myself carrying another device in my pocket other than my phone, tbh, not when phones are capable of having over 128GB of memory now.

I don't carry the MP3 player and phone at the same time though.

Did not buy the 80GB Zune today. Seller lives pretty far away, and we were going to meet halfway. At the last minute they told me that I would have to drive much further. Maybe now I'll hold out for a 120GB Zune.....or break down and buy a big SD card.
