Hello all,

I got my Incredible at 10:30a on the morning it was released. I haven't seen any estimates on how many they've sold, but I got the second to last one in that store after they had only been open for an hour and a half, so I think it's selling pretty well.

I had an LG Voyager until about four weeks ago, when it fell into a sink and died. The Voyager was a good phone that had aged pretty well, but I was ready for a new phone. I just hadn't planned on getting one quite yet. I've been living with my old Razor while I waited for a decent smartphone to hit the market, and it's been brutal!! I didn't want the Motorola Droid (too big for my taste). I was going to get a Nexus One, but I heard there were some issues with customer support.

Just as I was starting to get really annoyed with Verizon for lacking a truly (iPhone) competitive smart-phone, I read CNET's glowing review of the Incredible. I went to try it out and was blown away. I'm not a full-blown techno-geek, so I have a lot to learn about the ins and outs of the phone, but I'm already extremely impressed with its speed and how easy it is to do the simple things (check the weather, read the paper, send messages, etc.). The free NFL Channel is pretty cool too...

I look forward to getting some tips on cool apps and how to fully exploit my new phone's capabilities.
