Incredible on sale?

I can upgrade my phone at anytime now, I would like to buy it online for 199$ with the $100 instant rebate, but due to some complications, The only option I have is to buy in stores for $300 with the lousy 3 week rebate visa card...The reason I would have to buy in stores is because I'm still technically an "Alltel" Customer, so to switch over to Verizon, it would be an extra $20 a month added onto my bill. So if I buy in stores, I can continue with my Alltel plan (Technically Verizon) but I would have to pay $300 up front. Does anyone know when the Incredible will go on sale or where to buy it cheaper...Please let me know your opinions....Thanks!

right now you can't even buy one because they're sold out due to such high demand. I would guess it's not going on sale any time too soon.

I just bought one while keeping my Alltel plan, but I got my rebate instantly in the store. Not sure if it was due to my New Every Two or my company discount or what, but you should stop by a store and see if it applies to you.

I'd guess you'll see a BOGO with Inc/something cheaper before you'll see a sale - and that will be a while.

There is a BOGO going on right now. Buy a Droid and get any 3G smartphone for free (with a second line though). Not sure if this helps you at all.

I wonder if I can call Verizon and try to convince them to give me a Droid for free. Otherwise I can just return this phone, start over and try and get the BOGO deal. I have a 2nd line and my woman is jealous.

Well to get the BOGO you have to purchase the Droid not the Inc and it has to be on new lines I think.
