Hi I just got the Behold 2.... I am switching from a blackberry. This phone is soooo dif. I am having a hard time figuring things out, any help for facebook and learning how to turn the sound to vibrate and it auctully vibrate would be help.... HELP me

Coming from a Black Berry you should have a fairly short learning curve (I honestly believe you need a PhD to work those phones), as for the volume can you select 'vibrate' with the volume rocker? If that still doesn't work go to 'settings' and select 'sound & display' from there you should find an option 'phone vibrate' with a check box, make sure the box has been checked and see if that fixes it.
