So are the two different sets of screen shots from BestBuy faked? This seems like it would be an elaborate hoax to carry out. Was it just a premature announcement given out buy BestBuy? Is the release being delayed buy problems? Will Sprint/HTC be hiring new programmers from XDA in the future? What are we going to fill all our spare time with when the update does come out? That was nearly 3 months ago. Anyone who believes its taken this long for them to figure out upgrade options and test is being naive. I have heard others say it and I am starting to believe it. The update is being held back until after the Evo is released and may not even come at all.

Right, so early Q2 (1st half at least) ends May 15(ish), right? Sprint hasn't said anything different for a long time, so I'm not getting upset yet. If they don't change their target date, don't keep us informed, and the target date passes, then I can see being a little upset... We'll see. The other problem I have, and keep in mind that I'm as anxious as the rest of you, is that we bought the Hero as an Android 1.5 device. Any provided update is a bonus as far as I'm concerned. So let's give Sprint a break, and not blame the passed (rumored) dates on them. P.S. I want 2.1!! =] Oh, and go Twins!!
