Steinheil Crystal Clear and Anti-Fingerprint now available

what is the difference? It would seem you would want the anti-fingerprint one no questions asked...

The Crystal clear makes the screen look almost HD in your eyes with the only down fall of having finger prints. The anti-fingerprint obviously shows no fingerprints what-so-ever, but it takes away the clarity of the phone somewhat. Someone on here posted a video of the two side by side with an iPhone comparison, can't remember where it is though.

I clicked those links and have seen that video but I was curious: in the "Structures of Steinheil" it shows the layering and the differences between crystal clear and anti-fingerprint. It seems like the Crystal Clear has better protection from drops/scratches...fact/fiction?

I was also wondering this. Looking at the links, it describes the crystal clear as: "The hard coated LCD Protection film is a high quality film that helps to protect LCD screens from damage" and in the structures, has a "surface protection film layer" and a "premium hard coating layer."

On the other hand, the Anti-Fingerprint makes ZERO mention of scratch resistance. Just says anti-glare/fingerprint. In the structures, it merely has a anti-fingerprint coating layer, optical enhancement film layer, and makes no mention of the two layers above that crystal clear has.

Based on Steinheil's description, it appears that crystal clear is more scratch-resistant, while anti-glare is not focused on that functionality at all...But I'd find that hard to believe. Anybody know for sure? I wouldn't want to get anti-glare if it's not as scratch resistant.
