Ok so whenever i use google maps it doesnt follow the blue arrow so to speak. like the blue arrow will move but the screen wont move with it to keep the arrow in the center of the screen. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a fix with it?

It's not a problem that I know of and there is no fix. Go into the settings and you can add a little blue dot at the bottom righ of the screen that when you hit it, it will place your little blue GPS arrow in the middle of the screen.
This is how it was on my BB Storm 9530 and it doesn't appear to be any different on the Incredible.

Maybe you touched the screen and made it focus elsewhere, just hit the back arrow and it should get your location centered up again, I love how when I get to my destination there are street views...INCREDIBLE!
im not touching the screen
Not to sound like an a$$ but, have you turned on the gps ?
yes i did that when i first got the phone >_>

Yeah I have used the gps & the maps many times. If you choose to use the map & gps the screen doesn't follow ur location. You have to move the screen to follow it. If you are using the navigation feature then yes the screen will follow your location and it will give you turn by turn directions out loud.
I could be wrong but this is how it seems to be working on my phone.
