A thing about data roaming

I have a curiosity which I hope I'll find an answear for here :If I am roaming and I am using the wifi network (not the cellurar one ) to browse around , read my mail or watch youtube videos does it count as if I am data roaming ?

Nope. As long as your not using a carrier's network you won't be charged anything. Wifi is independent of that.

WiFi is always prefered. WiFi and Mobile data cannot be connected at the same time. If you look at the symbols in your notification bar you can see whether you have WiFi

or Mobile data G/E/3G/H connected.
