Does anyone know yet if those of us who upgraded to 2.1.3 will be eligible for the update? Or will we have to get it though other means.

While the general answer would be that no one is really sure yet, one thing is certain. If you've rooted, certain ROMS have the OTA disabled by default to keep root on the phone. If you're rooted and not sure if your ROM is one of those disabled, best to e-mail the dev.

If you're not rooted and just installed the leak, then the above poster is correct ... no one knows.

why do people get so worried? if those with 2.1 v3 don't get the OTA, somebody will always post a link to it, or it will be at the pcdphones website, so you will get it one way or another.

Not everyone is aware of that. Hopefully, now they are.
