Fresh 2.0d audiofix, how to install?

Hey all, new to rooting but I got sick of reading the 2.1 spec threads so I decided to root. I used pre-kitchen to auto root. All went well. I also just flashed the fresh 2.0d rom. I was wondering how to install or flash or whatever, the fresh-2.0d-audiofix.zip. Any ideas? Like I said, I'm very new to this.

first off what audio fix .....who ever made it should have instruction posted with it ....but if its a signed zip then you just flash it like you did the rom

I flashed this and the audio problem persists????????? also the phone froze on the dailer screen today had reboot. Any real fix or perhaps there is another rom out there that is stable and doesnt have this problem.

There is an audio fix here too. I used it and have had no issues at all. My audio used to drop out twice a day. I haven't lost it once since I flashed the fix. I believe that this is the same that was posted above, but there is another one to check out also....

I flashed the fix from the first post and nothing still went silent. I flashed the one above and so far so good. BTW I flashed the ERIS not the RC. Thanks 330D.

Do you mean that you have an Eris? I thought that the audio fix zip was for Fresh 2.1 based ROM's, which was for the cdma (Sprint) Hero.

he means the fix that was listed as Eris..

FYI.. Sprint and Verizon are both CDMA networks.. the Verizon Eris is the same as the Sprint Hero with a minor change in faceplate and the addition of a proximity sensor... the initial Hero 2.1 leaks were in fact based off a Eris 2.1 leak
