it should work if one of the kids goes to school, preferably college, HOWEVER, if you already credit from business or employment, it wont stack, meaning if you have a 10% credit, you cant add this 15% to make 25%. you have to choose one or the other.

We'll have to see if this applies to Evo since it says "15% off select plans." The Evo is not currently listed (hopefully will be in the next couple of days). Also, this should work for any university employee as well since all they are asking you for is your university email address.

I tried to read the fine print and I know it should NOT effect eligibility of handset upgrades. Afraid it will mess with my plan, how does it work with the family plan that I'm on...without having any clue if it will even apply to the Evo I'm about to get.

My plan is rough $170 with all taxes and 3 lines...If I can get the 15% off the entire bill, that would be a sweet deal.

If you're in law school and are a member of the ABA you can also get a 15% discount. I think Sprint will also waive the activation fee

For law students the ABA costs $25 for a year (60 bucks for all 3), which means you'll have saved money just by waiving the activation fee.

I would think the 15% off would come off the total ((69.99+10.00) less 15%) but have no idea if this will even apply to the Evo. I am hoping it will as I will be pissed if I wait until June 4 to order it online and then can't even get it. I do know that you can go ahead and do the pre-order and then apply the discount later but then you wouldn't get the $50 credit and waived activation fee (about $90 total).

I would highly doubt this would be stackable with another discount.

Correct....only the 15% line discount can be applied if you order the phone in-store.
