POP Email Folders

I have a new Sprint Hero and really like it so far
I have Comcast set up as POP email and it seems to work fine
However, I only see 4 available folders: Trash, Drafts, Sent, Outbox
Is there a way to set up a Folder / sub folders to save email in?

The only way to see all of your folders would be to set it up as an IMAP rather than a POP. The folders that you are seeing with your current configuration are not on the server but actually just local folders on your device. Your mail is simply pulled into your inbox from the server and then anything that you do locally is saved on the device, and not on the server.

With IMAP everything is kept synced, so whatever happens on your device, happens on the server as well. To see additional folders, you simply hit menu, then folders, and select the one that you want to see.

Hope that helps.

Can always get a Gmail account :) The phone is designed to sync with Gmail and then you could have Gmail set to pull your Comcast email to it while you transition to the new address.

It's also nice to get an email address that's not tied to any specific ISP. Then if you ever change, you don't have to go through the hassle of getting a new email address every time.
