Just for you and a few dozen major cities
I'm not really going to complain about the $10 charge, but it's a bit bothersome that 4G is not even functional yet for a majority of their subscribers, it's nice some of you get those speeds, but that doesn't help me any, heh.
If 4G was available more widely, I'd have no problem paying the $10 fee.
And yes, the charge is "for the device", but it doesn't matter, it's not how it's being interpreted and it sounds even worse to have that charge for that device more so than the network.
