I WAS eyeing the iphone , but when I found out about Droid , I became very interested , much more than iphone. I completely believe in anything os. I can not buy or commit to anything without a bunch of reviews and , of course full specs. So when waited patiently for the countdown to end , I was hoping for an unveiling with meat. Now I've spent an hour and a half everywhere online, but nothing is really new. Has anyone seen an official spec sheet, final copy? I've seen the one that got posted by mistake last week on verizon , but has either motorola or verizon posted anything official? How about reviews, will they come after the 6th, or sooner?

Droiddoes.com shows the 16gb as built in?

Well, sort of. it's a pre-installed micro SD card just like the BB Storm had an 8GB in the phone out of the box and the Storm2 has a 16GB in the phone out of the box, but the Droid supports up to a 32GB micro SD card...

And where do you see that it says built in? All I see is that it says 16GB memory and then under that it says 32GB expandable...

It HAS been a long time since I was in school, and unless we've changed to a non-base 10 system of counting, 16 (internal) + 16 (included MicroSD) = 32, and it is expandable.

Am I missing something here?

Yes, you are. Go to motorola's website (linked above) and click on tech specs. It says this:

REMOVABLE MEMORY7
16 GB microSD pre-installed; supports up to 32 GB microSD expandable

It's a 16GB micro preinstalled not installed. It is disappointing to see them hiding these specs and also looks like they are hiding the fact that the screen is not multitouch. You cant really compete with the iphone when you lack multitouch. Baically ruins capabilities on a lot of stuff with games and neat apps. I thought android 2.0 was supposed to introduce native multitouch cpabilities. HTCs apps use multitouch but the processor is slow so the multitouch is pretty choppy albeit better than no multitouch at all....

In the Android 2.0 SDK release notes, it says it supports multi-touch. On the GSM video, there was multi-touch. Where did you read otherwise?
